Cooking apples are good for... apple pie:) - 600g flour, 200g sugar, 250g butter, 2 yolks, 1 heaped spoon of cream (yoghurt), 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix in large bowl until consistent ball created - place in the fridge for at least 30min. Use 2/3 of pastry ball as base - bake in 175 Celsius for 10min. Then pour prepared earlier apples into baking tray with pre-baked pastry, grate or crumble the rest of pastry on top and bake for 50 - 60min. Until golden but not to dry. Enjoy - even hot.
-2 slices of seeded bread (toasted with butter/cheese)
-1 slice of cheese (as above) -1 tomato sliced (place on bread with cheese) -1 fried egg - runny yolk (place on all above) -1 big radish -salt, pepper instructions - see pics above:) |
