Inspired by Robert Makłowicz, a man who can spread the love for food by just talking about it.
-4 eggs -4 to 6 potatoes (pref. Belana) -100g good raw ham -2 spoons of clear butter (or butter+olive oil) -spring onion -salt & pepper Cooked potatoes need to be sliced for 10mm slices, heat the butter on frying pan, fry potato slices until golden on both sides, add thinly diced or sliced ham, beat the eggs with salt and pepper and add to frying pan with chopped spring onions. Cook few minutes on one side only, serve with a bit of spring onions on top, tomatoes and pickled gherkin goes well with it too.
